1. The ribbon is located on the top of the page. It cross from left to right beginning with the word home and ending with view.
2. Tab , Group , and Command.

4. They are located under each command section going across at the bottom.
5. Commands are in between the tabs and groups.They are all the things you can do with the program.
6. A template is a page you open for a certain document.
7. It is helpful , so you don’t have to go back up on the page every single time.
8. It saves up time. You can get to keys quicker. More efficient.
9. Tables are good for comparing facts.
10. Graphics are small clip arts you can add to your work.
11. A mail merge can be used to send your work to someone else and print it over to them.
12. It is a security on your document so that no one can see it but you.
13. It wants everything to be quicker to view and apply in our work, giving us aid on finishing everything faster.
